im looking for a new laptop. what are the best specks for a laptop? the ones that would not cost much.

congratulations! i've been dreaming of owning one myself, but it's just so expensive! by the way, they say that whatever specs your laptop has, they couldn't be upgraded anymore. i don't know if that could be true.
