which would be the best file sharing software like ares , limewire etc, that one should use

I have used limewire for a long time but I used the pay version. I havent had any problems with spyware etc using the pay version. I used to use the free version of Kazaa and kept problems on my pc. Limewire is cool, I tried Ares but didnt like it. I only had it installed for like one day and I deleted it.
