Can I highlight search words like goggle search?

When I use the google toolbar I can choose to highlight the search words and they appear in the document as highlighted words and I can also click on each word and be taken to that word in the search ...

well i know some brower like Gosurf have such function when you highlight any words in the webpage can search directly no need to copy and paste in the search bar...that is what you want?
