Everyone faces stress at least once in their lives: what are the various ways to cope with stress?

it would really depend on your lifestyle or how much time you have.for me, taking what i call a power nap does the trick.i try to sleep for at least 30 minutes if i feel too stressed out already.deep breathing exercises and listening to music also helps

i always use to live with that and i think i am going to live short and so everyone should live for their life and dont forget to enjoy.

well i just start taking deep breaths.....n try to avoid taking so much tension.......than i come up wid wot i have to do...simple

take ten deep breaths, to slow your heart rate down. Always works for me.
