democracy , like or not like ? why?

I like democracy. I live 19th years in tiranic comunism in Romania.

compared to many other places on earth, my country is a lucky one. nonetheless, sometimes i find something wrong in my country's democracy. sometimes there is not enough fairness, and who can take advantage of the situation does it without being punished. for example, many jobs in the public sectore are given to friends of someone important, even though there were muche better applicants. but doing so, the best people tend to leave the country and move to another one where they can be rewarded for they skills. the sistem in itself suffers and cannot reach its top. damaging thus the good ones and the bad ones...
