What is your advice for young people to face globalization era?

I believe that young people should set their priority early in life. Of course, the first among priorities should be our love of God, our Creator. They should also learn to appreciate their educators, family, friends and country. They should know what they want to be. They must dream of bright futures. They must also assume this responsibility and should'nt waste opportunity to promote peace and prosperousity all over the world.

In the globalization era, the work force is faced with tremendous challenges. There is stiff competition as well as great opportunities.
Young people should strive hard early in life. They should know what they want so that they could have an early start to prepare for this. In turn they will be competitive because competition is not only in their locality but everyone in the planet. If they decide on one thing, they should keep it.
