This is very long, but very helpfull info on mylot. I do agre with Singapore Airlines. Years ago they gave me full refund for my trip concellation (due sickness)and they are very nic.

Thank you for the feedback. It's interesting to see that US Air carriers did not fair quite as well as non-US based carriers.
