Have you ever made a pizza bake? I use this basic recipe and just change it up for variety. I take browned and crumbled hamburger, add a can of spaghetti sauce, a pinch of oregano, mushrooms, olives, etc.(whatever you like on a pizza) Then I mix in some shredded cheese and pour it into a casserole dish. I microwave this mixture until it is hot and bubbly. Remove the dish from the microwave and cover the top of the dish with refrigerator bisquits.(You know the little tubes of buttermilk bisquits, or you can even use bisquick) Bake the casserole in the oven until the bisquits are golden and serve. My daycare kids can eat an entire cake pan of this stuff! I have also made this with leftover chicken or turkey, mixed veggies and cream of chicken soup. Just top with bisquits and bake!

This is not really necessarily a recipe, becuase i do not use them often, I just play it by ear. But if you like broccoli cheese rice and chicken this is the best, steam or cook the broccoli and the rice and the chicken, get cheese soup and velveeta cheese mix them together back for just about 10-15 minutes and this is a dish to die for

Oh! Plenty of em... My fave is probably Mexican Chicken casserole... It's just Tortillas, chunks of white-meat chicken, Velveeta, Rotel, and cream of chicken soup. You just layer everything and bake it. Simple and tasty!

Mini Lasagna Meatball Casseroles - Lasagna, a typically time-laden entrée, is much easier to prepare as a meatball laden stew
This is a nice easy way to make lasagna. Mini Lasagna Meatball Casseroles 1 tablespoon LAND O LAKES® Butter 1 medium (1/2 cup) onion, chopped 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour 1 (14 3/4-ounce) can beef broth 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano 8 ounces frozen fully cooked meatballs 3 tablespoons tomato paste 1 1/2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning* 2 ounces (3/4 cup) uncooked dried mini lasagna noodles (mafalda) 1 1/3 cups Italian-seasoned croutons 1/4 pound (1 cup) LAND O LAKES® Deli Mozzarella Cheese, shredded Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan until sizzling; add onion and garlic. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until onion is softened (3 to 4 minutes). Stir in flour. Add beef broth, tomatoes, meatballs, tomato paste and Italian seasoning. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil (5 to 7 minutes). Add noodles. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil (3 to 4 minutes). Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook until noodles are tender (14 to 16 minutes). Heat broiler. Ladle meatball mixture into four ovenproof serving bowls. Sprinkle 1/3 cup croutons on top of each serving; sprinkle with cheese. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat until cheese is melted (2 to 3 minutes). Serve immediately. Makes 4 (1 1/4-cup) servings.*Substitute 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves, 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves and 1/8 teaspoon rubbed sage. TIP: Casseroles can also be made in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Prepare as directed above. TIP: Diced tomatoes already seasoned with basil, garlic and oregano are great timesavers. But, if you can’t find them, just substitute a 14 1/2-ounce can of plain diced tomatoes. Add 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves and 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder.
