It wouldn't hurt to take a look through the FAQ: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq.aspx and guidelines: http://www.mylot.com/o/topguidelines.aspx those should sum up what this site is about.
to answer the topic, I feel that HIV and the AIDS virus are diseases that more people should be educated about. The fact is that they are still spreading, meaning people are not getting them selves tested or using protection.
