Who out there has a bad back?????

Everyday I go through extreme back pain. I know I am not the only one. If you experience this pain let me know what your doctor does for you. My MRI showed nothing and the doctor gave me naproxen and muscle relaxers.

I have had a bad back in the past, but it was due to my work, (heavy lifting of patients) once I changed into something lighter, the only time I may experience it is with vacuuming, but had to do light stretch exercises to help it heal.

I had terrible back pains about 3 years ago. It was all because of too much exercise. Bending to be specific. U can also check ur sleeping position and the hours u spent bending infront oof ur pc
