Mansion or Nice Country Home or City Home?

If you had to choose only ONE type of home, which would you choose?
Me...? I'm tossed... I'd be waffling between a "custom mansion" with a lot of land... or an ancient manor house.

i want a simple house, maybe a townhouse or condo unit that i own... i really want to invest on real estate but it's just too expensive... i don't want a large mansion, coz it'll be difficult to clean and i prefer to have my things close to each other and close to me...
