wisdom versus intelligence.....

I am really interested to know whether people think these are one in the same thing, or that one comes from the other......and which would you rather have?

the way i see it, intelligence and wisdom parallel each other, and their intersection would mean excellence. intelligence is how the mind works, it's enhanced by learning from the school and books. wisdom is more from the experiences gained thru age, something deeper than theories taught in the classroom. it's learning from errors of the past to know better ways of dealing with the future. in a given situation, an intelligent person would give the best idea on what to do, a person with wisdom just simply knows what to do.
