How Can a Stay at Home Parent Make Money from Home? Share Your Ideas.

Currently there is a lot more mother or fathers staying home with their kids. There a number of reasons for these but the number one reason are daycare. What better what to avoid the cost and hassle of daycare than to stay home with your child or children?
When you decide to stay at home with your child or children, you do one thing, you quit your job (well, most do). After awhile you are caught in a rut and need to make some money to help you get back on track. Most people will try to cut expenses in another department. Like buying cheap diapers that leak after the first bathroom break the child, have. Other will cut back on food.
I believe parents do not have to do that. But how can a stay at home parent make money from home?

Hi! I am a work at home mom. My hubby and I decided before our daughter was born that I would stay home and raise her. Yes, we saved money on daycare, but I have to work and earn an income, too. There are legitimate places that offer work at home employment (telecommuting). The best way to earn money as a stay at home parent is to get a job with a company that hires home based workers. :-)

I am a stay at home mom that has looked into everything I could think of to make money from home, everything ended up either asking for tons of money, or I never heard back from them again once they got my information. I spent several weeks looking for something and this website is the only legitimate thing I could find that didn't ask for a bunch of money. Please if you find anything else that is legitimate let me know!! Thank goodness for MyLot, what a great place!! Good for you!
