When someone looks at an overweight person,do they think we really want to be this way? I have tried to lose weight so many times. And I know everyone says you just have to put your mind to it. But for some people it is alot harder and there are many factors to consider. now,I am not going to amke excuses because nobody has forced me to eat the food that made me fat. I made the choice to eat those foods and I made bad choices. First of all, I had my gallbladder removed when i was 20-i am now 37.I also had a baby after that. but my doc told me i would have a hard time keeping weight off.I just didnt know it was goin to be this hard. i have tried so many thing and bought so many different programs off TV it aint funny. Even joined the gym-but I havent been goin lately.I also work shift work and that takes its toll on a body. But I will keep on workin at it. I have lost almost 30 lbs in the 6 months and would like to lose about 75 more.

my friend, what other people think about overweight people is not important...the most important thing is how you look at yourself. life will be miserable if what other thinks matter so much. what if you lose so much weight and the next person come along and tell you that 'fat is in?' then would you choose to stuff yourself to gain back all the weight? Love yourself and have self confidence. i'm not pretty nor slim, but i love myself..:D enjoy life!

I really hate people's obsession with how people look. What does it matter? People are more than just their looks. And the judgement of overweight people... gah. People don't take into account all the factors that go into weight gain and loss. Not everyone can be fixed with a few weeks of diet and exersice.
