SNOW FALL....(where in December)

I haven't seen yet snow fall.... and I luv to see it... Would anyone advise me what is the best place to go where it's snow fall going on... this time (in December..)

Sweden ALWAYS have snow in december- altough my city still hasn´t seen any =(
