How come when you ask a question, you never see it, then about 9 seconds later you see your question rephrased appear?

LOL. I notice that alot. You search for a question to see if it has been asked, then a few minutes later some one else posts the same or something similiar because they don't use the search field. I bet that person gets more responces b/c their question stays on the main page longer.
