Does it pay off to try a employment agency if you are foreign ?

Hi, My name is daniel, my nationality is Dutch. I am looking for a job in the NY erea. I know that the H1B visa is required. Hopefully one of you knows something that is useful to get started. Thanks

Depends what kind of job. There are so many jobs you can have without having visa.Most are temporary or domestic.

Yep, I know but the only way as far as I have figured out on the internet is to get a HIB visa. the workpermit is essential to be allowed working in your country. The jobs I am looking for are sales or customer service on Higher Vocational level. I can speak English, German, French and Dutch, unless that is something the company is looking specific for and not available on the job market, they are allowed to take people from abroad. Otherwise they have to fill in this vacancy with native americans. I have no relatives in the USA to support me.
