People in general donot take care to teach children and simply blame them if they score less.

I don't believe that is necessarily true. My children go to a school, and i spend time with them in the afternoons doing homework with them and reading. I don't blame the teacher if my child hasn't learnt something. Though i do expect certain things to be taught to my children, especially since i pay fee's to have my children taught and educated. Its like as if you pay for your car to have a full tune up, wheel alignment etc and all you get is an oil changed, wouldn't you be upset? But if i ever have a problem with the teacher, i actually go and speak with the teacher and discuss my concerns with the teacher, if their answers don't satisfy me, i then go and speak to the headmaster. But that is just me.:)

my 4 year old is at school and she went to playgroup and nursery before that. I think its important for them to mix with their peers
