IMHO it is like any other kind of food. In certain quantities it is good and if one exagerates it is bad.

Pork gets the thumbs up! It's an excellent source of protein (21.8g per 100g on average) and essential amino acids. Protein is vital for healthy growth and healing, as well as keeping your bones strong, and a pork steak provides about half of your Guideline Daily Amount (about 45g). However, it's high in cholesterol and saturated fat. As well as containing iron and being a rich source of protein, pork provides many other nutrients that are essential for good health. Pork is great for topping up your iron levels. But it's important to remember that no single food contains all the nutrients required – a varied and balanced diet is the key. By making the right choice of food, drinking lots of water and taking regular exercise you can help protect yourself against many conditions, including coronary heart disease, osteoporosis and certain cancers. Undercooked or untreated, the meat may harbour worms. The pig is the carrier of various helminths, like roundworm, pinworm, hookworm, etc. One of the most dangerous and common is Taenia solium, a type of tapeworm. Tapeworms may transplant to human intestines as well by consuming untreated or undercooked meat from pigs or other animals. Now, it's up to you. For me, fork is the most delicious food.

pork is very high in protien that our body needed if you always eat fried pork with skin on that is high in fat aside from the oil you used on cooking it so it is better to eat it ocassionally so try other recipe like mix it with vegetable that gives you a balance diet, try it and you gonna enjoy it
