creating a cool program

does anyone here know how to create a new program and would said person people be interested in creating a program that works for say future hopefully profit to all involved in the process, I will provide the nessecary information that goes into the program i.e. the adventures themselves if you can provide the program to run it then we might have something. Hope to hear from any interested and more importantly capable partners soon.
