Problem with gum ball machine

My daughter put her money into machine and not toy. Store said not there problem. Has any one else run into this problem?

Wow, if i have been workin in that store, i would have given you a new coin so you could get your daughter that toy you paid for! I have never have that problem, but i have seen someone in a store with that problem, and she got a new coin so she could try again!

I gave her another coin, but she used a different machine.
