5 Good things you could think of to keep your self Fit

The life has become a struggle and competitive in all the aspects of the daily routine. I could think of 5 good things following which will help us in sustaining ourselves from this daily hungama: 1. Drinking Plenty Of water 2. Eating Nutrious Food(Don't know if the food has it) 3. Good Exercises 4.Keeping Away from FAT food 5.Setting our Goals(Not get over ambitious) Please pour in your 5 opinions..which could help us live energetically every day.
