What's the best recipe for making beef jerky?

I make it 4-5 times a year. Cut the beef into long thin strips. Make a marinade. I like it spicy so I mix a couple different hot sauces with teriyaki, soy and/or worcestershire sauce and add some spices like curry, garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper. Marinate the beef strips for at least 2 hours. The longer the better. Place in a food dehydrator for 24 hours. All done. You can add or delete ingredients until you get the flavor you want. If you don't have a dehydrator you can put them directly on the racks in an oven (use a drip pan at the bottom) and set them at a low temperature and heat until dry. Check every half hour.
