How to move on after the storm..

a huge storm hit our country last week...a lot of people died and the country was left will all the trauma and the pain of losing our loved ones..in your country have you experienced something similar to this? how did you cope up?

what storm were you in. i went throu katrina and it was hard with a 1 year old butt we got throu it i say if you are haven trouble them get pro help to help you deal with it i just took it one day at a time

it took awhile but it all fell in to place it still gets hard to think about stuff we lost but i didn t lose anyone it the storm and im greatful other people weren t so luckey i hope you can find a way to deal with it write me if you want i ve been there

my family and i were not really so affected as the storm just passed by our city..i am from the philippines and we just had typhoon reming..it's just so saddening to hear it on the news that they lost a lot of loved ones, shelter.. :(

I had an appointment with my conselor today:)+ and yah know what? the first thing she asked me today when she saw me was: Is your family OK in the Philippines? I seen the news...Luckily, my family is safe and good:)+
