The fifth amendment is the right to not self incriminate. THe right to remain silent in court or elsewhere. there is also double jeopardy: cannot be accussed of the same crime twice.
1. Right to freedom of speech, press, to petition, and religion.
2. Right to bare arms.
3. quartering troops
4. Search and seizure.

Wow seems like there's lots of additions in the fifth ammendment. Thankyou for the response, i always seem to hear it in the movies, but never hear what it is. I am not an American so i guess its ok not to know. Right? It must have been used to save many lives don't you think?
