Housemate from Hell

Have you ever had one? I've just had one move out. This one was mighty promiscuous and woth a six month old baby in the house it was just simply unacceptable. What are your experiences with housemates? This is my second housemate and teh first was pretty terrible too. He was an alcoholic druggie that constantly had people in the house partying to all hours of teh morning and he was sooo gross and dirty. EW!
