Ephedra diet pills?

These keep popping up all over the internet and I'm just wondering if anybody has ever tried them or knows anything about them? I am trying to lose weight but I cant seem to shake the last few kilos and am considering a supplement to help kickstart me again.

I don't like them, they make me feel jittery. If you are exercising you might try changing up your routine a bit. Your body gets used to what you are doing so it's hard to lose those last lbs.

I never tried weight loss pills before, I prefer to loose weight naturally by excercising.
