i want to comment on the bank's customer service. when they have new promotions on the cards, they will be very obliging and they will be very polite and courteous...but try default the payment by one day...they will call non stop to chase for payment...it's so irritating!!!

Ya, and I just got an answering machine and sometimes these people would rather call than leave a message. Same with the telemarketers.
