homebased jobs ads worth or scam

Hi all, There are advertisements home based work and all on mylot who say they will give you good biz after you submit them a fee. Are these people worth or is this a scam (anyone tried it ?) and if this is a fraud that should this things will be allowed on "mylot"?

I think too that all are some scams but only mylot is the god :) until now i haven't found another good paying site other than mylot
