Reliance Netconnect

Hi, I am using Reliance Netconnect card to access the intenet from my laptop. Is there anyone else here who uses netconnect. If you are using reliance what kind of speed are you getting? I am not using a phone, but the data card and the theorital limit is 256kbps, but the speed im getting is no were near that. Does anyone know of any tips or tricks to increase the speed?
