There are many good school in information technology. Nowadays, USA outsource their information technology needs mostly from india and philippines. This two country have good produce good information technology so therefore, schools from this country produces best I.T. personnel. I hope I am right with this.

I would say the best for Information Technology is Japan. But the problem is most are in Niponggo. There are english universities there but they cost sky high and way too much. I would suggest Australia. You can make a search there in australian webpages. I heard there are nice universtities in Canberra. Hope that helps.
