Use AVG free antivirus software to get the virus out of ur computer. Dont use Norton. It is very disobedient software. Use AVG. It is best. I have been using it and I never had any virus problem.

hi, i can say if the virus is cleanable then u should use the PC-Cillin or Equest antivirus software. If this seems not solve ur problem and virus may get activited then one thing u can do perfectly is get the files needed to you scan them using antivirus and move to seperate partition and get a clean install at some leisure time but be careful not to format the drive/partition u just stored the files. In windows xp partitions can be selected to install and formatted so. Also their is one way antivirus can detect the file which is affected so you can get in safemode and delete the file which affected. Hope this will help.

Hi,new friend!I just got a new computer last week so I got McAfee free for six months.I like this program because it runs continously and if any problems should arise it lets you instantly and shows you what your options are. When I do have to pay for it,I think its going to be about 40$ per year,it"s a little more than my last virus protection but I think it's better. However the AVG. Free is pretty good too,but with it you have to run the scan yourself, then just quarentine your infected files.Hope you get it fixed!

Try avast or AVG they're both good and free.
