what is your thoughts on Animal Shelters?

i think there is some bad ones but so far i have had really good ones,i think most are really there to help the animals but i have seen some who could care less.i just wish they could do more for them,i got one of my minpins from a shelter and that shelter was great.

im thankful for animal shelters. so many animals are lost and without homes. this gives them a fighting chance. there are flaws in every place, but atleast they aren't out in the cold, and they have a chance for adoption.
