friends how one can get rid of shyness. Plz help me to get my friend loose his shyness in such a manner that he doesnot feel that I'm teaching him somethings or like that so that it should not be a matter of concern in friendship in future.

hmm u build up confidence in her....ask her views on few topics ..which makes her bold enough to answer in front of anybody....

my dear friend he doesnot a have a fearful answering attitude, just gets blanked up while going through much more time. so r u having any clues to it.
