why do you wait til the last minute to holiday shop?

Just wondering why people wait til the last minute to christmas shop lol... I like to shop early to beat the rush and i think u get a chance of finding better items than if u wait til the last minute

I am not into last minute shopping. I am already looking ahead to Christmas for my son. He is the easiest and the hardest to buy for. Everyone else I can get a gift certificate and something small for, but I have to buy him a few presents.

i always say i am going to shop early and something always comes up and i end up being the one that shops at the last minute
