you knew of a child who wasn't being "mistreated" persay.... but they're not treated very good. Things such as ... putting hot sauce on a child's tongue for saying a bad word. We've all heard of washing a child's mouth out with soap. But hot sauce??? I'm just curious... I don't think this is considered "neglect" or "abuse." But it's cruel to make a child hold hot sauce on his tongue for 30 minutes for saying a bad word. Did I mention that this child is 4 years old? ;/
