Ok, if both the man and the woman work. Should the man help out around the house as well, sharing the household chores and the cooking. I mean why should the woman have to work and do all the household chores and the man only work and do nothing at home. Please give your opinion.

Yes, if both work, then both should share the housework. If only one works, the majority of the housework should fall to the one who stays home.

My boyfriend and I both work. I'm part time and he works full time 12 hour shifts. I do most of the chores around the house because I am home more to do them. He does help out on his days off, but I don't mind doing a bit more because he works a lot of hours in a week and doesn't get much time off. If we were both working full time it would be different.

A man and a woman should share equally if they both work full time. I am quite willing to give my husband a break because of his highly physically demanding job, but I expect him to give back. For example lifting heavy items for me if needed. I think it all comes down to give and take and scheduling for it to work. It does seem to me like a woman's work is never done at times.
