Help please....

I joined a site a while back but do not wish to belong to them any more. Question is how do I unjoin or block them so they do not send me any more emails? Thanks in advance.

you could go to your email settings and block them that way or if you get emails on bottom of email it tells you how to unjoin.

Just block them in your e-mail Tools. Don't tell them not to send you any more mail, or they know you're still "live" and will flood you.

Depending on the site, you can usually choose to 'unsubscribe' from them. Send them an email, asking them to remove you from their mailing list. You can usually block emails in your address book as well.
