War

yes sometimes war to makes peace. but you really need be precise in defining the term as war and it's context. just peace does not work always and greatest example is the independence of india. here peace way of doing it by mahatama gandhi made a big contribution but the aggressive way of throwing out british rules by krantikari's was equally a hit and crucial.

No I do not agree with this because no war can even make peace because war means bloodshed heavy loss of property etc
