after graduation, I did MA in english and now I am in job.

it depends upon what's your professional choice. If u want to join IT then MCA is good. If u look beyond that then go for MBA.

You are giving only 2 choice. of which if you are communicative and good in public relations go ahead for MBA.( I feel you have these talents that is why you are here).

i prefer further studies because i dont spoil on my job. i want to enjoy some more time in student life

if science graduate with math then goto MCA other wise you can go for MBA. Both are good choice. But if you think your logic is good and you can handle mathematical problems then definitely go for MCA.

go for mba if u have management skills and mca if u have interest in comp.

if u have good leadership qualities go for MBA and if u have good programming analytical skills go for MCA. MBA people have an avergae salary very high compared to MCA graduates. A fresh MBA graduate from any good business schoool may have starting package as high as 10 lakh and the highest package may even touch 1 crore per annum..so u decide which one u want...
