Should I worry my daughter got blood while she threw up?

Should i worry I don't know i am trying to call the doctors but they are on lunch. She had few bites of banana and she threw up and i saw a spot of blood in it. I checked her teeth to see if she was bleeding thru the teeth but no she is fine and playing but I am worried about what to do. She is 2 yrs old. It must be less than a drop of blood.
Please anyone advice.

i´ve heard that if the blood is really red it is no danger - if it is dark then it´s coming from further down and then u shuld be alerted. but try to call the doctor anyways!

well i am trying to call the doctor but they are on lunch break. Thanks for the information. I gave her flinstone vitamins before the banana which was red color but i know it was blood that came out.
