How Do You Rate People?

i see the quality of response that they hav made...my + is given only if the response is fair...otherwise i dont rate...well i dont giv - i m not a cruel person...

I try to give everyone a + for replying to my discussions too and I give the person who started the discussion I am replying to a +.

yep, i rate em all with a nice fat plus too..except for the annoying yes/no answers, i rate one nice minus!

I respond to people who give a logical answer to my question a +,thos that I think are just trying to get $ I give a negative.

There is no right or wrong opinion so I rate those who post in my discussion as well as others' discussion I came to read with +. Those unrelated (-). It is included in the guidelines that even if you disagree you don't have to put (-), I guess since we have different views. I am right about this guidelines, right?

I always give everyone a plus. If I don't like the answer or it is just one word then I don't rate them at all. I have never given anyone a negative. I hope I never have to.
