Laws prohibit smoking near kids

Anti-tobacco forces are opening a new front in the war against smoking by banning it in private places such as homes and cars when children are present. Next smokers won't be able to have kids. Or you won't be allowed to date a smoker, or they'll tell you who you can and can't have kids with Busniesses are going to stop hiring smokers. More then one in Ohio has already said so. What is your opinion on that? CNN has been doing that for sometime now. My opinion is it's going to start with smokers and then go hog wild violating all sorts of civil rights and folks will only have themselves to blame in the long run. Frankly I hope cell phone users are next... What do you think...
