It would be nice to know what exactly you're inquiring about.
If you're asking if you can get information regarding a person who has called you, then the answer is no. That is personal and private information that a phone company will not provide.
You need to be more clear in what you're asking.

As far as I know cell phones are private and not listed in any directory . I guess they only way is if this was some how a legal case and the law got a court order but other wise no .
