Did u quit smoking successfully?

Has anyone here successfully quit smoking??? Please explain how much time it took?? And did u take any medicine?

yes, succesfully stopped...i haven't smoked since 2 years and 9 months ago... how to stop?..tell yourself to stop!..and find something or eat something to disrupt your craving to smoke...what I did was, to eat chocolate everytime their was an urge to smoke..

lolz...nopes coz i don't smoke yet my dad is a chain smoker though...and i really men who do so

I am still in the process of quitting smoking. I am using the nicotine patch and it works very well for me. But since I am using the patch I do not consider myself as successfully quitting smoking yet. I think I will believe I am successful when I have gone through all the steps of the patch and have stopped using the patch. But so far so good and I love the patch. It has helped me see that I can quit smoking.
