1. eat fish that has fat [salmon, mackerel and tuna] and take in concentrated fish oil. 2. eat lots of fruit and vegtables, and the rawer the better... 3. restrict sugar, sodium and processed foods. 4. use vitamin suppliments to imitate a nutrient-full diet of our ancestors. 5. restrict sunflower oil, butter, corn oil. hydrogenated vegetable oils and trans fatty acids. here are five yummy brain energizers- blueberries, carrots, fresh deep sea fish nuts-preferably unsalted almonds and walnuts and white tea [or green if you can't get white] any other thoughts or information???

Yeah this is a very helpful post. I want to boost my brain power too. hehhe. I need to be intelligent all the time. Maybe tommorrow i will buy deep sea fish, carrots, fresh deep sea fish nuts-preferably unsalted almonds and walnuts and white tea. How about that? Hope it will work. And if it works then i can join MENSA organization for the geniuses. I love to be there.
