Favorite Baby Names

I am not a parent but I love looking through baby names. I tend to lean toward names that aren't so traditional. I don't really like the popular names at the moment only because half the people I know will select names from that list. Here are a few names I love:

Names after locations often make me wonder Why there?
What happened there?
I like Cheyenne, not Shyanne
No names that start with a J, probably because that seemed like all anyone was using when my now grown children were born.(seven Jennifers to go in three second grade classrooms) My son is Vincent--I threatened to name a second son "Valiant" but I had a girl instead, and she is Samantha. I see lots of kids named after people on soap operas.
