I really think that poor people have to not even just use the internet but they have to find the ways to earn from internet. Internet now is one of the best place to earn money from...

It is not often tru - internet is not a earning source than its cost and time is given. Availability of internet technology is not enough and easily available still in poor country. In country poor people have TV and cable line TV but have no internet everywhere and rate in cybre cafe is $0.40 per hour. If is would $0.05 per hour then poor people could have scope to use internet.

Internet is spreading through most of the countries around world and it is certainly not for rich peoples only. Internet should be available to every people but ofcourse while some people are struggling to get food there last priority is internet.

You have understood some points which I started and wanted to say. In fact I read from internet that still poor country has no enough scope to use internet and if at all that are using by rich people. When a grossery shop or wholesaler or retailer with small shop will have scope to use internet then it can be said that poor people have access to use internet. In our country one poor day labourer got prize for using computer but he had no scope to use internet !

I really don't think so, as the internet has grown to a phenomenal level, I feel that it has gone cheaper, now almost everyone can have access to internet. I feel that this trend will go on further. But I don't feel that very poor class will have access to it but only those in middle level of rich and poor could have access instead. I definitely feel it is not definitely only for the rich now at least.

In our country a limited number of people have scope to access internet. Govt. is reluctant to develope its bandwith and speed. We enter in super high cable since 6 months past, but do not getting its benefit. We face line drop, low server speed, have high technology and highly educated internet knowing person. Price is high say dial up rate US$ 1.00 = 140 minute using scope, but speed is 31kbs maximum. Download speed is 5-12 kbs. Broadband line rate US$ 15.00 per month but speed is 10 mbps show in fact less and line drop 2/3 times within a hour and sometime server do not work 2-3 hrs. each day. Rural area has no internet facility.

But in poor country it is costly to use so should not it make more cheaper for availability of every people ofcourse literate will use and in every country there are literate people though they are not able due to high expence. In our country PC is cheap as Givt. exempted all taxes on computer to make it available cheaper for use of large number of people.
