Should I leave my company for money?

The company I work for, pays a pathetic salary. More than two years after graduation, and I am almost sure that I must be earning lesser than any other classmate. I am horribly, completely, underpaid. The management is totally uncaring about us. But the catch is that my colleagues are absolutely great. We're like a family and everyone cares for each other. The work I do is ok - not great, not the worst. I'm clueless whether I should stay over here or move on. I love the people I work with, but I've always felt that the company doesn't care for me. What should I do?

It depends on what is more important to you-the income or the colleagues. Everyone wants more money but if you can afford to stay there, you might as well. If money is getting tighter for you and you are realizing you need more, start looking. Get the whole gang to leave!
