Hey, help me!!! I don't know how to report!

How can I report my problems in mylot to mylot's staff??? Since I can't see the responses to my discussions, I see in my e-mail that other reply me but when I go to answer them I can't see anything!!! I see that they are in tow pages but I can't read them in mylot's page!!! it's really odd, it happend for 2 or 3 of my discussions. Do you know how can I report it? Although I don't know can I see your responses to this discussion or not but I can read them in my email page!
